Strawberry Milk Carton
A 2.8 × 1⅛ × 2⅛ in mini carton with a peaked roof and a top ridge: a strawberry with a face on the front, three little berries on the back. The carton folds from a single net; on pink paper it comes out pink, on white — white with a red design.

On VanGami the template appears over your sheet through your phone camera — no printer needed. Trace it, cut, fold and glue. Below are all the steps in text.
What you’ll need
- Letter sheet — office paper, 80 gsm (20 lb)
- Markers
- Pencil — and eraser
- Scissors — small
- Glue stick — or PVA glue
- Glass — phone stand
Steps
Trace
- Outline. Trace the net: four walls in a row and a narrow tab on the left; above the front and back, a roof with a ridge; below them, the bottom tabs; at the sides, a triangular top.
- Fold lines. Ten lines. Between the walls, by the tabs and by the roofs, draw dashed lines; by the ridges, draw dash-dot lines.
- Draw. Draw these: on the front, a strawberry with a little face, a wave and hearts; on the back, three berries; on the sides, a berry and hearts; on the roofs, slanted stripes and a heart; on the ridges, dots.
Color
- Color the design. Color the berries, stripes and hearts red but leave the seeds uncolored; color the leaves green and the eyes and mouth black.
Cut
- Cut out: carton. Cut with scissors along the solid line. Turn the sheet, not the scissors — the cut will come out neater.
Fold
- Fold. Lay the net face down and fold along all the lines — dashed lines away from you, dash-dot lines toward you — crease them with your fingernail and unfold.
Glue
- Glue the tube. Spread glue on the narrow tab and fold up the walls picture side out: the tab goes inside, under the edge of the last wall. Press.
- Bottom. Stand the carton up and lift it. Fold the front wall’s bottom tab inward, then the back wall’s tab over it, with glue in between. Press and set the carton down.
- Roof. Spread glue on the ridge of one wall on the inside. Tilt both roof panels toward each other, put the ridges together and press. The side triangles will tuck in under the roof.
Check
- Done. Stand the carton up: the strawberry faces you, the ridge is straight, and the side triangles are under the roof.
Done. The carton is done. If you put a drop of glue under the ridge at just one end, you’ll be able to open it a little, like a real one.
