Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Who we are

VanGami (vangami.com, “the site”) is operated by VanDraw Limited, Unit 907, 9/F., Silvercord Tower 2, 30 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. What VanGami is

VanGami offers free step-by-step paper-craft lessons. Your phone camera can show a template over your sheet of paper. No account or payment is needed. We may add, change or remove lessons and features at any time.

3. Children and safety

Sizes, times and results in the lessons are guidance: they depend on your paper, printer and skill.

4. What you may do

The lessons, templates, drawings, characters, voice-overs, texts and software of VanGami belong to VanDraw Limited or its licensors. You may use them for personal, family, classroom and other non-commercial purposes: make the crafts, print the templates, and film yourself making them and publish the videos (mentioning VanGami and the lesson code is appreciated).

You may not: sell or redistribute the templates or lessons as your own product; copy the site or a large part of its content; use automated tools that overload the site; remove our notices; reverse-engineer the site except where the law allows it; or use the site unlawfully.

“VanGami” and its logo are our marks. Characters in the lessons are original to VanGami; we are not affiliated with any third-party brands or characters.

5. No warranty

The site is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep lessons correct and the site available but don’t guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every craft will turn out exactly like the picture.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse of tools, materials or the crafts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer in your country.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe that content on the site infringes your rights, write to legal@vandraw.com with a description of the work, where it appears on the site and your contact details. We will review it and remove infringing material.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
